The Staff - How to Contact Us

The Arbory Trust currently employs three members of staff on a part-time basis, all of whom are trained in care of the bereaved. They are:

From left to right, Hilary Jackson, Barbara Segrave and Sophie Gourley

The Burial Ground is situated on Comberton Road (the B1046), Barton, Cambridgeshire, but the address for ALL correspondence is:

The Arbory Trust
Bishop Woodford house
Barton Road
Telephone: (01223) 303874

The telephone is manned throughout the working week. If you get the answerphone, please do leave a message- your call will be returned the same day if at all possible.

Do come and visit us on Wednesday between 10am and 2pm! We would be delighted to welcome you and discuss any questions you may have. If you intend to visit and are coming from some distance and running late, call first to let us know. Someone will stay on to meet you.

If you would like to meet someone but are not able to make a Wednesday, just call to make an appointment for another day and time.

You are always welcome to email us at:

After visiting the grounds, if you are the last to leave, PLEASE CLOSE THE GATES WHEN YOU LEAVE, AND ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. This helps minimise the deer population’s presence on site!

Some forms and information leaflets are available for download from the Leaflets, Newsletters and Forms page.
